How do I download Qissah?
Qissah is available for free on the iOS App Store. Simply search for "Qissah" in the App Store or click here to download. The app is free to download and includes basic features at no cost.
How do I restore my subscription?
To restore your subscription, open the Qissah app and go to Settings > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
Can I use Qissah offline?
Yes, Quran reading and downloaded content work offline. You can read the Quran and access previously downloaded stories without an internet connection. Some features like AI chat and prayer times require an internet connection to function.
What languages does Qissah support?
Qissah currently supports English, Arabic, German, Dutch, French, and Turkish. We are continuously working on adding more languages to make Islamic knowledge accessible to Muslims worldwide.
How do I change the app language?
To change the app language, open Qissah and go to Settings > Language. Select your preferred language from the list of available options. The app will update to reflect your chosen language immediately.
Is Qissah free?
Basic features are free, including Quran reading, dhikr counter, and prayer times. Qissah Premium unlocks all stories, AI Islamic chat, and additional features. You can upgrade anytime from within the app.
